The fair was held this week on Wednesday in the premises of the Faculty of Medicine under the auspices of the Dean Prof. MUDr. Petr Widimský, DrSc. In addition to the presentation of medical facilities, interesting lectures by renowned experts from the medical environment were prepared for the participants.
The Hořovice Hospital was presented by the head nurse Blanka Červenková with Zuzana Paprčková, M.D., surgeon and Petra Horáková, spokesperson of the hospital.
"We were interviewed by many young medics and several nurses from lower grades. They were very interested in our hospital, both in terms of the services offered and the uniqueness of the individual departments," says the head nurse about the fair. "The prospective graduates were also surprised by the wide range of benefits we offer our employees. They most welcomed the offer of transport vehicles that we provide to employees from Pilsen and Prague," she adds.
"The range of employee benefits is varied. The most used is the nursery within the Nemo children's group, which is located directly on the hospital premises and is intended for the children of employees from the age of one. There are also subsidised meals, free legal advice, a pension contribution and various sporting events. We support language training for employees and of course we are happy if they want to expand their knowledge and experience, so we also support further education," added Andrea Kropáčová, head of the hospital's HR department.
