Nutritional counselling clinic

The nutrition counselling clinic provides expert advice in the field of nutrition and therapeutic nutrition. You will be attended by an experienced nutritional therapist who will evaluate your eating habits and make appropriate recommendations. This is not a dietitian's clinic, nor will you purchase any weight loss products here. It is advisable to bring a record of your diet (for at least one week, indicating the approximate amount of food and time) to your first visit. At your first visit, the therapist will first obtain the necessary information from you, then measure you on the InBody device, evaluate the results and suggest further action. Before measuring on the IN BODY scale, it is advisable not to eat anything for 2 hours and not to drink anything for an hour. At the next visit, you will be given an individual dietary (nutritional) plan or other recommendations and educational materials. The Nutrition Counselling Centre provides its clients with an individual, professional and above all human approach. It is for all those who want to do something about themselves. It aims to improve, maintain or promote the health of the client. Diet is not only important in terms of beauty, fashion and weight loss, but above all it is part of the prevention and treatment of various diseases.
