our long-term goal is satisfaction with hospital services, staff friendliness and quality of care.
In case of serious dissatisfaction with our services, you have the right to file a complaint. Above all, we would like to resolve your dissatisfaction or other problems as soon as they arise. Please do not hesitate to contact the departmental managers, the Chief Medical Officer or the Head Nurse.

We only deal with anonymous complaints in extremely serious cases.

In case you are not satisfied with the way the complaint has been resolved, you can contact the Regional Authority of the Central Bohemia Region, Department of Health.

Filing a complaint does not affect the further provision of services.
