The service is covered by all health insurance companies in the Czech Republic. We also provide transport paid by patients (without a physician's indication).
Arrangements for transport can be made from Monday to Friday (6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) by calling:

Transportation service provides:
- Transport of the sick and injured
- Local and long-distance transportation for hospitalization, spa stays or appointments
- Transportation to rehabilitation or medical appointments with a physician
- Transportation of immobile and less mobile persons
- Transport of biological material

Regular departures
Departures take place every working day at the following times:
10:00 | 12:00 | 14:00
The pick-up point is at the Central Reception near the NIP building. The capacity of the car is 8 persons and transport is provided within a perimeter of 10 km from the hospital.
How the service works
- The patient receives a ticket from the medical staff in the outpatient clinic or ward and hands it to the driver when boarding the vehicle.
- The service can be used after an outpatient appointment and after discharge from hospital.
A more comfortable journey home
- The service helps patients who are dealing with complicated transport after treatment or do not have an escort.
- The aim is a safe, simple and comfortable return home.
For patients with reduced mobility
- Immobile patients continue to be transported by the medical transport service according to standard procedures.
