We have babysitting groups for the children of our employees

Given the current government regulations, where school facilities are closing practically overnight, we had to react flexibly. We provided childcare for the children of our medical staff throughout the closure.

There are dozens of employees with school-age children in our facilities. To ensure that our health care workers do not have to leave work to attend to a family member, we have provided babysitting groups. There are programs for the children, space in a designated area of the hospital, meals and knowledgeable staff. The child's entire stay, including the provision of meals, will be free of charge.

"The situation is not easy now. Our aim is to ensure the presence of health workers in our facilities. Our people are working with incredible commitment, helping selflessly and performing their work at the highest possible professional level. By taking care of the children they would otherwise have to stay at home with, it is the least we can do," says Sotirios Zavalianis, owner of Hospital Hořovice and Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun.

Babysitting groups are set up at both the Hořovice Hospital and the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. The stay and meals are free for children.

A children's group NEMO has been available for the preschool children of Hořovice Hospital employees for several years. In the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, a children's group project for preschool children is in preparation. Now the construction of the building is proceeding.
