The hospital's main reception desk has now moved to the right of the main entrance, while the central reception area, which until recently housed the hospital, is now used as an acute reception desk. Patients' appointments for further examinations, information, etc. are handled by the main reception desk at the entrance of the hospital.
"I am pleased that the new reception has started its operation and I believe that the quality of the services and information provided will be significantly improved thanks to the strengthening of the staff. Recently we have seen a decline in patient complaints about ordering, which I believe is related to the strengthening of staff as well as the modernisation of the ordering system. In the near future, a brand new dining room will be available to our staff, which will serve not only as a food dispensing and restaurant, but also as a modern conference room with state-of-the-art electronic equipment for seminars or other cultural events. Already now, after looking at the entrance area, it is clear that the environment of the hospital is getting a completely new look - more friendly and positive towards patients and employees," says Tomáš Petsinis, Technical and Operations Director of Hořovice Hospital.
The opening of the canteen will take place in mid-March. This will close another chapter of the long-lasting reconstruction that has transformed the Hořovice hospital into one of the most modern medical facilities in the Central Bohemia Region, with welcoming interiors, modern equipment and friendly staff.
