As of yesterday, June 29, 2017, the hospital cannot be reached by calling 311 55X XXX or the five-digit abbreviated number 14 500. The problem is with our provider's network. O2 is addressing the problem and the fault should be fixed within today. However, the backup lines 311 56X XXX are working.
