"We celebrate all holidays with our children. Recently we were visited by St. Nicholas and an angel, without the devil, of course, because we have all good children. But it is clear that the children look forward to Christmas the most. Every year they get presents that are meant for everyone, they stay in the nursery and can play with them at any time. Of course, everyone can find a present under the tree to take home," says Daniela Korosová, head of the children's group.
The Nemo children's group is designed for children aged from 1 year to preschool age. There are currently 24 children in the nursery, but the hospital management is planning to expand its capacity.
"There is a lot of interest in placing a child in the children's group. It is a benefit for the staff, which is very much in demand these days. We would like to expand the capacity of the nursery from September 2019. The nursery is intended for preschool children, but for example, during the summer holidays, the children's group also offers several runs of suburban camps for schoolchildren," says Tomas Petsinis, the hospital's operational and technical deputy.
