Central reception

Provides quality and professional care for patients who are eligible for hospitalization. These are patients brought in by ambulances or patients with sudden onset of a serious health disorder or worsening of chronic conditions. Patients arrive on their own or on the advice of their GP or other treating physician.

The head doctor and the nurse are responsible for the department's operation from an organisational point of view. Specialist medical care is provided by doctors from individual departments according to their respective specialty (internal medicine, neurology, surgery, orthopaedics).

The order of patients is determined by the nurse in agreement with the doctor, according to the patient's current condition.

The central reception area is divided into several sections, according to specialties.

  • Internal outpatient department
  • Neurological outpatient clinic
  • Surgical outpatient clinic
  • Orthopaedic outpatient clinic
  • Urology outpatient clinic
