Details of Services Provided:
- preventive checkups;
- outpatient treatment;
- follow-up care for selected chronic conditions—treatment of hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, etc.;
- preoperative examinations;
- vaccinations;
- rapid diagnostic testing using devices: CRP, INR, fecal occult blood, blood glucose, pulse oximetry;
- Holter monitoring – 24-hour blood pressure monitoring;
- arrangement of home care;
- issuing a referral for spa treatment;
- Submission of applications to long-term care facilities and hospices;
- home visit service.
Services not covered by public health insurance:
- occupational health services;
- examinations for driver’s licenses, firearms permits, and food handler’s permits;
- examinations for sports activities, work with volunteer firefighters, participation in summer camps, etc.;
- reports for commercial insurance companies;
- completion of applications for admission to retirement homes.
Important Information:
Appointments can be made by phone. Emergency patients are given priority. The last patient will be seen 15 minutes before the end of office hours. The physician is available only during office hours.
