Today, 27 April 2015, a contract on the gratuitous transfer of real estate was signed between the City of Hořovice and the operator of the Hořovice NH Hospital a.s. The land is to be used as a parking lot for visitors to the hospital. The contract was signed by Dr. Ing. Jiří Peřina, Mayor of Hořovice and Ing. Sotirios Zavalianis, owner of NH Hospital a.s.

The Hořovice Town Council has previously approved a gratuitous transfer of the ownership right to the above-mentioned land, on which, in the near future and after the necessary administrative matters have been dealt with, work will begin on the construction of a new parking lot with a capacity of approximately 100 parking spaces.
During the meeting between the mayor of Hořovice and the owner of the hospital, which was also attended by the hospital director MUDr. Michal Průša, Ing. Peřina expressed his satisfaction with the development of the hospital, which he described as "the jewel of the town". He also emphasized the city's intention to reconstruct the street leading from the castle to the hospital and to build a new bus stop in front of the hospital's main entrance.

Ing. Zavalianis thanked the councillors of Hořovice for their kind gesture and stressed that construction work is currently underway to expand the capacity of the existing parking lot for employees on the hospital premises by another 99 parking spaces. According to his statement, the new parking spaces at the employee parking lot will be available by the end of the summer, which will at least partially improve the parking situation in the vicinity of the hospital. At the same time Ing. Zavalianis announced his intention to build a new kindergarten on the premises of the hospital, intended mainly for the children of the hospital employees.
