Healthcare regulatory fees remain in place for clinical appointments with specialists. The Hořovice Hospital is obliged to collect these regulatory fees from patients or their legal representatives in cases specified by law:
CZK 30 per clinical examination in an outpatient clinic;
90 CZK for a clinical examination in the outpatient clinic during emergency hours (5.00-7.00 pm, weekends, holidays);
Patients can now make these payments from their mobile phones via SMS, eliminating the need to visit the cash desk in person.
Payment of the regulatory fee by SMS is simple: the patient sends a message from his mobile phone in a specified format.
For clinical examination in the outpatient clinic in the form NH30 to the phone number 90211. In this case, the final price per SMS for the sender is 35 CZK.
For an examination in the emergency room, he sends an SMS in the form NH90 - the final price per SMS is 100 CZK. In return, the patient will receive a confirmation message to be presented in the surgery.
In order to resend the payment code (if he has already paid the fee but deleted the confirmation message), the patient can send an SMS in the form NH to the number 9001103 and only for the price of one SMS according to his tariff.
Patients can also use the mobile application created to pay these fees, which can be downloaded on the Play Store portal(Androidmarket.com) or for Apple at store.apple.com. In the coming time, these applications will also be available for download on our hospital's website, where you can find detailed information.
