Presentation day of the third year students of the Secondary Health School Beroun

"Our hospital has been cooperating with the Secondary Medical School in Beroun for a long time, not only in the implementation of practice, but recently students have also performed the practical part of the matriculation exam or have been involved in various awareness-raising events with us," says Blanka Červenková, Deputy Director for Nursing Care at Hořovice Hospital. "Students of medical faculties studying general medicine also practice at the Hořovice Hospital. Since January this year, there have been approximately 40 of them," adds Ms Červenková.

"The presentation day of the third-year students was related to the field of medical assistant and social work. The students do their practical training 2 days a week during the school year, in May there is a continuous practice for 7 hours a day," says the director of the Secondary Medical School Beroun Mgr. Leona Machková. "The evaluation of the students' practice in the Beroun and Hořovice hospitals, which we carry out on the basis of an evaluation questionnaire, is very positive," she adds.
