This service is offered to all patients from Radnice or the surrounding area who will request treatment in NH, not only in diabetes.
The first collection will take place on January 13, 2025.
"This is a pilot of the service given to our patients and I strongly believe that they will welcome it with enthusiasm. Our contractual carrier will make sure that they will be on time for their appointments," announced the director of the hospital in Horovice, MUDr. Radek Majerčin. "The transport will take place every Monday. For patients who will be using the transport we have set office hours from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.," Majerčin added.
After a few weeks, the project will be evaluated and, depending on the interest and response from clients and the local government, either expanded or, if there is no interest, discontinued.
And how can patients make an appointment for a drop-off and examination?
- First of all, the patient makes an appointment at the reception desk at the Hořovice Hospital by calling 311 555 000 / for appointments in diabetes and endocrinology call 311 552 300.
- When making an appointment, it is necessary to indicate that they will use the transport from Radnice
- then the patient will order the transport at the Radnice City Office at 371 740 818, 371 740 810 no later than Friday by 10:00 a.m.
- when booking, please state: name, surname, current telephone number and location of residence
- the first collection will take place on 13 January 2025
- departure of the collection vehicle: 7:15 a.m. from the Radnice Polyclinic, 72 Dědická Street
- arrival of the collection vehicle: approx. 12.00 p.m. at the Radnice Polyclinic, 72 Dědická Street
- departure from Hořovice Hospital will be by prior arrangement with the driver
The collection vehicle is not an ambulance or a wheelchair accessible vehicle, the collection does not include medical service.
