"We decided to expand the capacity of the reception desk because of the long-term high utilization of the telephone lines to the hospital," said Tomáš Petsinis, operational and technical deputy of the Hořovice hospital. "Unfortunately, it happened that in some cases callers could not get through to the reception because the receptionists were talking to other hospital visitors and dealing with their requests. This should not happen anymore. We are trying to make patient appointments as efficient as possible and to be as helpful as possible to visitors," said Deputy Petsinis.
