(*1975). After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Hradec Kralove in 1999, he joined the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department in Česká Lípa. The field was not his dream at first, but soon proved to be so varied that it was a good choice in the end. After that he passed the attestation exams and obtained his primary license. He completed countless courses and obtained many certificates, mostly in the field of urogynecology. He held many positions in the department in Česká Lípa and subsequently managed it for 8 years. For a broader medical perspective, he worked for ten years as a physician of the ambulance groups of the Liberec Region Rescue Service and the Air Ambulance Service. Subsequently, for 2.5 years he participated in the management of the Hospital with Polyclinic in Česká Lípa from the position of medical deputy and chairman of the board of directors. After a change of position, he became the chief physician of the gynaecology and obstetrics department of the Mělník Hospital in 2016, which under his leadership underwent a comprehensive reconstruction and set trends in the field. He devoted himself to and developed urogynaecology at this department as well. Since 2018, as Medical Director and member of the Board of Directors of Mělník Health a.s., he has been involved in its management and extensive modernization, including the subsequent successful merger with the Neratovice Hospital. He also worked in hospital outpatient clinics in Brandýs nad Labem, Byšice and Horní Beřkovice.
