Visits to the hospitalized patient are prohibited effective October 17, 2022. The visitation restriction is in effect until further notice. Exceptions may be granted by the Chief Medical Officer or the attending physician.
There is also a requirement to have a non-rebreather without an exhalation valve for all patients and permitted visits in the outpatient and inpatient areas of the hospital.
Visits to an inpatient are prohibited, except for:
- the presence of a third person during delivery,
- visits to minors, including in the six-patient unit,
- patients with limited capacity,
- patients in the terminal stage of terminal illness.
Rules for visiting persons:
- No more than one person may be allowed to be present with the patient at the same time.
- Visitors must carry out hand disinfection both on admission and repeatedly during their stay in hospital.
- In multi-bedded rooms, only one patient is allowed to visit at a time.
