Child and infant massage courses for parents
The course will introduce the use of touch to deepen the parent-child relationship, establish non-verbal communication or induce relaxation and a sense of calm in children and adults alike. We will learn tummy massages, which can be used for problems with bloating. Massages are also suitable for children who have had a more difficult start in life, such as a difficult birth or hospitalisation. We will learn elements from Indian and Swedish massage and yoga. During our sessions together we will also explore aromatherapy and their effects on our bodies.
ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
- Course capacity: 5 - 6 children with parents
- Term: 3 sessions per month (1 session 60 min.)
- Price of the course: 1 500 CZK
- What to bring: baby pad, cloth diaper, drink for you and baby, comfortable clothes, baby's favorite toy. Massage oils will be provided within the course price, but you can bring your own oil that your baby is used to.

Seminar on the correct carrying of babies
During the seminar on handling, or appropriate handling of the baby, you will learn how to lift, place and carry your baby in your arms correctly to support its psychomotor development. You will learn about carrying babies in a scarf or other carriers. The basis for handling can be found in the Bobath concept, which is a recognised physiotherapy method worldwide. Just everyday handling could become your play and therapy at the same time.
