A new addition to the group exercise classes offered will be Hormonal Yoga from September. "This type of exercise is suitable for women with painful or irregular menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, hormonal imbalance, as well as for women with other functional gynaecological problems," says Barbora Št'astná, M.D., head of the physiotherapy department at Hořovice Hospital. "Another suitable group are women who are trying to get pregnant."
Hormonal yoga is a set of exercises in which the emphasis is on the correct execution of the exercises and correct breathing. "During the 8 sessions, you will be guided through the routine by our experienced physiotherapist who will correct the exercises so that you can then complete the routine independently and correctly so that you can continue at home," says the doctor.
