As part of the antenatal preparation, our gynaecology and obstetrics department organizes"Discussions for pregnant women" every first and third Monday of the month in the hospital in Hořovice. If the date of the discussion falls on a public holiday, the discussion is not held.
You can participate in the discussion after prior registration by calling 311 555 000. Registration is obligatory for the accompanying person.
The discussion is always held from 14.30 in the conference room of the main building in the basement. It lasts about 2 hours. The length of the discussion depends on the number of participants and their questions. The programme is unchanged.
The fee for participation is 250 CZK/person, which must be paid before the start of the discussion for pregnant women at the NH ticket office.
During the discussion there is also a space for your questions, which will be answered by our lecturers - midwives. At the end of the pregnancy talk, the midwife trainers will show you around the delivery rooms and the six-week ward. Provided, of course, that the situation in these departments allows it. For this reason, these pregnancy talks are held at regular times, so that everyone can make time to attend. It is not specified at what week of pregnancy you should attend and it is up to you whether and when you attend.
