This year's party was held in the premises of the cultural club Žebrák. For the employees there was a bus transport. Refreshments were provided by Zavalianis Sweet, so there were also Greek specialties and sweet desserts from the popular hospital café. During the evening, singer Ewa Farna and her band performed her greatest hits. However, the most awaited moment of the evening was the announcement of the best hospital employees.
14 employees from each hospital were selected to receive a trip for two people for their diligence, dedication, work and efforts. All winners were selected by hospital staff who had the opportunity to vote for their favourite colleague over the last month.
As an added bonus of the evening, one of the attendees was also announced as the recipient of a trip for two to Greece.
"Greece is beautiful, sunny and inviting. Everyone would like to go there one day. It's amazing that the owner of the hospitals will allow us to do this," said one of the tour winners.
"The Christmas party was once again a great success. People had fun, enjoyed the free evening. There was a lot of eating, drinking and dancing," commented the director of the Hořovice Hospital, Michal Průša, MD. "I wish the winners of the trip to enjoy their holiday. I myself visit Greece every year and I must really admit that it is worth it."
