Charity concert for Mischa

Míša has been a patient of the hospital in Hořovice for most of her three years of life. She has been suffering from a serious genetic disorder called Apert syndrome since birth. She was first cared for in the ward for chronically ill children and then, when her health improved enough to be transferred to the children's inpatient ward, she became the darling of the ward's medical staff.

It was the doctors and paediatric nurses who came up with the idea that they would like to organise a concert for Míša, the proceeds of which they would like to buy her something of value. Míša will be moving to the Children's Centre in Strančice, because her health has improved so much that she no longer needs to be hospitalized. The patron of the event is MUDr. Mahulena Mojžíšová, head of the children's ward of the Hořovice Hospital, and the realization was taken over by MUDr. Tomáš Hecht, who is a member of the music group FreeQ. The event took place on Thursday 24th November in the Labe Club. The entrance fee was a hundred crowns, for which the participants of the concert took a pin with the logo of the event as a souvenir, but many contributed much more money and often also some memory of meeting with little Miša.
