Change of outpatient operation mode

16. 3. 2020

Due to the hygienic-epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic and the limited number of protective equipment, we decided to take the following measures:

Patients - ambulance

We ask patients who are booked in for outpatient appointments to consider their visit and try to limit their visit, given the following:

  • we ask patients who feel symptoms of a febrile illness or cough, or who have encountered such people in the last 14 days, to contact their GP or 112 directly and to skip the ambulance visit.
  • we ask patients who need to write a prescription or come in for a regular check-up to contact their GP by phone first instead of visiting the surgery
  • if you are unsure whether you need to visit the outpatient clinic, also contact the doctor at the outpatient clinic by phone - either directly or by calling 311 555 000
  • you will be rescheduled for another appointment as agreed with the attending physician

Patients - planned surgery

If you are going for elective surgery, the surgery is not yet reduced. Please pay close attention to your medical history - i.e. whether you are suffering from a febrile illness, cough or other flu-like symptoms. If you have encountered a person suffering from these symptoms in the last 14 days or staying in a high-risk foreign country, please notify the admitting physician by telephone before entering the hospital.

There is still a strict ban on visitors throughout the hospital grounds.
The cafeteria on the hospital grounds is closed until further notice. The pharmacy is available according to opening hours.

Thank you for your understanding.
