"According to an internal employee satisfaction survey we conducted in recent months, our colleagues highly value collegial relationships, praise the modern workplace environment and the employer's interest in them," says Andrea Kropáčová, head of the HR department at Hořovice Hospital. "Among the specific benefits, they mostly praise the pension contribution, subsidised meals, transport and the possibility of placing their child in the NEMO children's group, where we accept children from the age of one," she adds.
"Another very popular benefit this year is the zoo pass we have been offering employees since January. To date, 180 employees have visited the Prague Zoo and had the opportunity to take their family members with them. After evaluating the survey, we have now purchased season tickets to the aquapark at the request of the employees," says Petra Horáková, spokesperson for the Hořovice Hospital, adding: "We are still expanding our benefits offer. In October, for example, we are planning a theatre performance that will be performed in the Social House in Hořovice just for our employees."
