Her name is Jasmína Valentová and she was born at 13.45 hours. "Jasmine was definitely looking forward to seeing us, because she was in a hurry. She was born less than half an hour after arriving at the maternity ward. I didn't even have time to try out the new feature here - the birthing couch," revealed the happy mother Adéla Valentová from Prague 6.
Her older brother Kubík, who was also born in Hořovice almost two years ago, is looking forward to seeing her and little Jasmínka at home. "I am very happy again. Both the delivery room and the rooms in the Hořovice maternity hospital are very comfortable and the care is above standard," says Adéla.
She also appreciates the fact that another experienced mother and her husband could accompany her to the birth. With him and her newborn daughter, she is experiencing her first days in the new postpartum family room, which the Maternity Hospital U Sluneční brány opened three weeks ago. "We built it at the request of the mothers. It is even more comfortable with all the necessary facilities," says MUDr. Milena Dokoupilová, head of the neonatology department at the hospital in Horovice. She wished the little jubilant and her mother well and presented them with a gift package from the hospital pharmacy on behalf of the Hořovice Hospital.
