Reconstruction of the hospital kitchen

"The entire reconstruction of the catering operation will have two phases. The first one is the kitchen area, where the air conditioning and electrical installations will be rebuilt, new cooking appliances will be purchased, etc. In the second phase, the technical background, such as freezing boxes and storage areas, will be addressed," describes Tomáš Petsinis, the operational and technical deputy of the Hořovice Hospital.

"The reconstruction of the kitchen will not affect the operation of the hospital. During the reconstruction, food is provided for patients and employees. The modifications to the kitchen and its facilities will bring greater ergonomics and at the same time increase the capacity of the kitchen, which is very desirable given the planned expansion of the hospital," he adds.

The catering operation of Hořovice Hospital provides daily meals for all the hospital's employees and patients.
