"We believe that the success of the entire holding depends not only on the work of our people, but also on their satisfaction. That is why this survey has become a traditional event every year. This year, over 50 employees from all our healthcare facilities were awarded a trip to the island of Kos to the Atlantis hotel complex," said Sotirios Zavalianis.
"Thanks to the fact that the winners are selected directly by their colleagues, I am pleased that the trips are often awarded to people who, although they do not stand out from the crowd, are indispensable in their departments and their work is thus most appreciated by their colleagues," described Adéla Šubertová, Head Nurse of Hořovice Hospital.
"I was surprised and very pleased by the nomination from my colleagues from the ward. I have been working at the hospital for 13 years and I would not change my job. There is a great team here and the management of the hospital, including the owner, is very supportive," said Blanka Ráczová, a nurse practitioner from the surgical ward, immediately after receiving the award.
The colleagues nominated nurse Lucie Barešová for the aftercare department. "We all agreed on Lucie. We chose her because she does the work of a nurse honestly, she is reliable and very empathetic. She really earned this position with her enormous will and perseverance. She followed her dream. She started with us as an orderly, then graduated as a practical nurse and now she is studying at university," said the station nurse of the aftercare department.
