"We see the e-shop as a further extension of our services for patients. The range of products offered can be purchased via the online shop, or booked on the e-shop and then picked up in person at the pharmacy. The advantages will be felt, for example, by women on maternity leave, who can choose a specific product in the comfort of their home, find out its price and then either order it directly or book it and send a partner to pick it up in the afternoon," described the head of the Hořovice Hospital Pharmacy, Mgr. Tomáš Veverka, adding that on the website of the online shop, interested parties can also find special offers and introductory prices for the entire range of the Hořovice pharmacy.
For each product, patients can find a detailed description, including the composition and dosage. However, if visitors to the e-shop find the information insufficient, they can contact the pharmacist either by phone or by e-mail. "People can contact us with any additional questions. We are ready and happy to provide them with information about any products they are interested in in our online shop. This is our duty. In addition, our pharmacy is registered with the State Institute for Drug Control as an authorised e-shop operator, which guarantees patients a quality assortment and a smooth selection of goods," added Tomáš Veverka.
