"I appreciate that the hospital uses eHealth to the maximum extent possible. I believe that the steps towards digitalisation of healthcare are what our patients and healthcare facilities in general need to speed up and improve the quality of care. A patient is not a postman to carry papers and documentation around all the time. It also unnecessarily overwhelms the medical staff," says Ivan Bartos, chairman of the Czech Pirate Party.
"We have been presented with the concept of a pandemic hospital, a new generation hospital in the Hořovice Hospital, which will be able to convert completely into a crisis hospital. We need such facilities, unfortunately the recent past has shown us that," says Vít Rakušan, chairman of the STAN movement, adding: "I would like to thank all the people who have been doing what they can for the last 18 months so that we can return to normal life as soon as possible. We are trying to help the people who have been waiting for us for the last few days to get back to normal as soon as possible. You guys are great and I think we need to do everything we can to make sure that the lessons of the crisis happen. Just like they presented to us here in Beroun."
