The 1000th baby in our maternity hospital is named Vivien

The 1000th baby was born in our Maternity Hospital U Sluneční brány.

The beautiful and healthy girl, who was named Vivien, was taken by her parents Kateřina K. and Milan B. from Prague. To wish her good luck and health in life came the head of the gynaecological and obstetric department MUDr. Leoš Teslík, the head of the neonatal department MUDr. Milena Dokoupilová, the station nurse Bc. Lenka Křivancová and head nurse Mgr. Jiří Pichlík.

"Our maternity hospital can boast the title of the largest maternity hospital in the Central Bohemia Region. We have around 1,750 births a year," said the head of the gynaecology and obstetrics department of Hořovice Hospital , MUDr. Leoš Teslík, adding: "Our maternity hospital is sought after by mothers from all over the Czech Republic. Mothers are excited about the new premises, renovated last year. We have four beautiful and modernly equipped delivery rooms with their own sanitary facilities, which provide mothers with privacy, comfort and the necessary peace of mind during childbirth. We also have friendly and kind staff who are committed to providing the best possible care for mothers."

Last year, there were 1,751 births at the Sun Gate Maternity Hospital, during which 1,765 babies were born.
