Specification of care provided:
- Preventive examinations;
- outpatient treatment;
- dispensary treatment of selected chronic diseases - treatment of hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, etc;
- pre-operative examinations;
- vaccinations;
- rapid diagnosis by instruments: CRP, INR, fecal occult bleeding, glycemia, oximetry;
- BP Holter - 24-hour blood pressure measurement;
- Arrangements for home care;
- Writing a proposal for spa care;
- LDN, hospice applications;
- visiting service.
Services not covered by public health insurance:
- occupational health services;
- examinations for driving, firearms, food licences;
- examinations for sports activities, work with volunteer fire brigades, participation in summer camps, etc.;
- reports for commercial insurance companies;
- applications for nursing homes.
Important information:
Appointments can be made by phone. Acute patients have priority. The last patient will be treated 15 minutes before the end of office hours. Physician present only during office hours.
