The owner took the floor to summarize the results of the past period and thanked all employees for their daily work and commitment. Subsequently, the representatives of the holding's management presented the plan for further development and, above all, the concept of mutual cooperation between the individual medical facilities within the AKESO holding. A unified approach, effective communication and sharing of experience were mentioned, which are key to improving the quality of care and the working environment.
The meeting also included a space for open discussion and questions from employees. The discussion was conducted in a spirit of openness and constructive dialogue. Questions were raised mainly concerning operational matters of the hospital. At the end of the meeting, there were still plenty of backstage discussions between the employees present and the management of the holding company.
The meeting confirmed that mutual communication, information and cooperation across the facilities is the key to further successful development.
