I am a specialist within the meaning of Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on the Regulation of Advertising, as amended, i.e. I am a person authorised to prescribe medicinal products for human use or a person authorised to dispense medicinal products for human use.

I confirm that I have familiarized myself with the definition of an expert according to Act No. 40/1995 Coll.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the risks to which a person other than a professional is exposed by accessing a site intended primarily for professionals.

The 18-month project (from 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2017) supported by the AVAST Foundation within the Together to the End programme - support for palliative care in hospitals.

Total financial support of the project by the Foundation:

- 2.000 000,-CZK.

Project objective:

- Setting up a palliative care team.

- staff training, training courses for palliative team members

- internships at palliative care units (St. Charles Boromejsky Hospital, Cesta domů hospice, hospice in Čerčany)

- creation of two palliative care beds in the internal ward of Hořovice Hospital
